Permissions Used in the Application

FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC: This permission is used to maintain the Application’s services in the foreground during real-time communication, such as audio and video calls. It ensures continuous data synchronization and stable call performance while these services are active.

FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PROJECTION: This permission is required for enabling video calling and screen sharing features within the Application. It allows the Application to capture and project the device’s screen content during a video call session, strictly when explicitly initiated by the user. Screen content is neither recorded nor stored without the user 's consent.

These permissions are strictly used for the core functionality of the Application, specifically for facilitating audio and video call services, and do not access or share personal content beyond what is necessary for these features. You have the option to review and manage these permissions at any time through your device’s settings.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We maintain records of Your Personal Information only till such time it is required for the Purposes, or for as long as required by applicable law. When You request us to delete Your information, we will honour the said request, but we may retain certain information about you for the purposes authorized under this Privacy Policy unless prohibited by law.

Account Deletion Request Process

Our application provides users with the option to request the deletion of their account. This option is accessible via the menu under the "Delete Account" section. Upon selecting this option, users will be required to complete a form specifying a reason for their request through a preset dropdown menu, along with an optional text field to provide additional details or feedback.

Once the request form is submitted, it will be forwarded to our administrative team for review. The request will undergo an internal assessment process to ensure the request is valid, any necessary checks are conducted, and any outstanding matters are addressed.

Please note:

Account deletion requests are not processed immediately upon submission.

The request will be reviewed and processed after necessary verification and internal evaluation by our team.

Once the request has been confirmed and approved by our administrative team, the account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention and privacy practices.

Users will be notified via email or in-app notification upon successful completion of the deletion process.

Sharing of information with third party for operation of the Platform: In the event the license agreement is terminated or the territory of the license is modified or limited in any manner, We may share any or all Your Personal Information (including Sensitive Personal Information, if any) and Non-Personal Information with the incoming licensee continuity of smooth operation of the Platform and seamless user experience.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for all purchases made through our Service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction date.

We also reserve the right to not provideYou any Services and/or Content on the Platform and/or features of the Platform once You withdraw Your consent. In such a scenario, We will delete Your information (personal or otherwise)or de-identify it so that it is anonymous and not attributable to You. In the event, We retain the Personal Information post withdrawal or cancellation of Your consent, it shall retain it only for the period permitted under applicable laws.
